Welcome to onefastmod!
Welcome
to
the internet home of Mike Anderson Racing.
In 2000, Mike Anderson began racing a WISSOTA Modified prepared by he,
his brothers, and friends. They began
with a several year old chassis that they literally pulled from the weeds. Through trial, error, and a ton of hard work,
they built a competitive racecar. Since,
Mike's equipment has improved significantly.
Mike’s
dedication has paid off with multi-feature wins, including major invitationals
in modifieds, midwest modifieds, and super stocks.
He is a multi-time track champion and is a
perennial top three points finisher at tracks throughout Wisconsin. Mike has had 10 consecutive years in the top
50 in National Points and 7 consecutive years in the top 25.
He finished 9th in National Points in 2012
with several fewer races than his competitors as he chased an increased amount
of USMTS races. His car has won the
“Best Appearing Modified” award and he has earned the “Sportsmanship Award”,
voted by his peers.
In 2013, he
expects to race WISSOTA shows on Friday at Red Cedar Speedway, Saturday at Rice
Lake Speedway, and Sunday at Eagle Valley Speedway and will follow the USMTS
Modified Series when it is racing locally.
He will also race at various other tracks throughout Wisconsin
and
Minnesota.

DID YOU KNOW - Mike Anderson
started his racing career in a WISSOTA Modified, winning multiple features before he raced in any other division.
- Mike's original car was a Schriener Chassis that was thought to have
been at least 13 years old. It still had the mounting posts for roof wings....the first time they ran wings at Cedar
Lake Speedway.
- In his rookie season,
Mike won his heat and finished 3rd in the Red Clay Classic and the announcer had to ask him for his name.
- Mike scored his first feature win on April 26, 2002 defeating Jed Moore
at the Red Cedar Speedway. The following night, the races were snowed out with 6 inches of snow.
- In his first two Super Stock Nationals, Mike won the heat and feature
and won the heat and finished second in the feature.
- Mike won his first COMO Modified series race while his fuel pressure light blinked he was running out of
fuel.
- Mike has won in WISSOTA Modifieds,
WISSOTA Super Stocks, and WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds.
- Mike has raced weekly against the National Champion 8 of the 11 years he has raced.
- Mike is a USMTS heat winner and has lead multiple laps in the feature
in a WISSOTA LEGAL car giving up at least 100 hp.
- Mike's high school football number was 57.
- The love for Arctic Cat snowmobiles spurred the first green racecar at Mike Anderson Racing. Green is considered
to be a "Bad Luck" color to most racers.
- The
website, onefastmod, was created in 2000. The name was chosen because Mike Anderson was too popular of a name to get
a domain name. The tripod in the name came from the web tools used to create the site.
- Mike has won features in Pro, Gator, Affordable, Dirt Digger, J Car,
and SSR Chassis.
